The thought of having a beer with waffles for breakfast seems gross, but when it’s bacon beer… That’s a different story for sure. Waffle House teamed up with Georgia’s Oconee Brewing Company to produce a bacon-flavored beer.
It’s called, “Bacon & Kegs” and we couldn’t be more excited to try it.
This is the first Waffle house-branded beer to be created.
According to a Facebook post from the brewery, the brew will be made with a red ale and bacon extract.
Oconee Brewing Company has done a BIG thing! An “all the way” kind of HUGE thing!!

It may be a while before we can try it. Bacon & Kegs will be available in six-packs or draft exclusively at Oconee Brewing Company beginning Friday, December 18. We’ll have to wait for a wider release.
